CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and appointments have to be changed and moved, I always try to work with you to accommodate as much as possible. Please cancel or reschedule via my online booking diary, Fresha. If this is not possible please message me asap but be aware, during busy periods it may take me longer to respond to messages.
If less than 24 hours notice is given 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. If you do not attend you will be charged in full for your missed appointment.
This is agreed to when booking and confirming your appointment.
